AP School Heads Leadership Training Program aims to provide principals and headmasters in Andhra Pradesh with the required leadership qualities to improve school administration, teaching quality, and overall student results. To foster a pleasant learning environment, the program emphasises the development of managerial, pedagogical, and leadership skills. All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that it is proposed to conduct 6 days Residential Leadership Training for School Heads from 14.10.2024 to 19.10.2024 at Heal Paradise, Agiripalli, Eluru District and certain school heads.
AP School Heads Leadership Training instructions were issued to conduct Spell-I trainings to the Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs) on Foundational Literary and Numeracy Form 21-10-2024 to 26.10.2024 in residential mode in 09 venues across the state. In this regard the following staff are deputed as venue observers indicated in the table against the district.
